Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurial Management
The Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurial Management (BSEM) is a four year course offered in the College of Business, designed to provide undergraduate students an in depth understanding and appreciation of new venture operations in small business enterprises. It aims to equip young students with entrepreneurial spirit to realize a vibrant and developing economy in the hands of the Filipinos and develop desirable qualities of leadership, social concern and moral values among them.
Vision, Mission & Goals
Vision
The Department of Management and Entrepreneurship envisions the BSEM as the instrument in the teaching of entrepreneurial management towards the effective stimulation and enhancement of the entrepreneurial spirit among the economically challenged members of the Philippine Society.
Mission
The program aims to produce competent and economy-based entrepreneurs ready and able to take advantage of the opportunities brought about by a globalized world, and help the economy and the government.
Goals
At the end of the four year course, the student should be able to:
1. Develop skills for planning and sound decision making.
2. Formulate policies and strategy for entrepreneurial ventures.
3. Develop skills for professional careers as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), Entrepreneurs, Managers, Administrators, Researchers and Professors.
4. Demonstrate good human relations and Ethical Standards

Admission Requirements
Must have passed PUP College Entrance Test
Have at least a high school average of 82% or better
Must have a grade of 82% in English
Passed the interview by the Dean/Chairperson
In case of transferees:
Must have finished at least 30 units or one year residence.
Must have weighted average of 2.0 or better with no failed/dropped or withdrawn subject/s.
Can be admitted if there is still slot available.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP STUDENTS SOCIETY
The Entrepreneurship Students Society is the official academic student organization of the entrepreneurial students of the College of Business, Polytechnic University of the Philippines-Sta. Mesa, Manila.
