Theme: "Building Strong Leadership: Strengthening Commitment to Service"
Rationale: The summit was initiated by the students in coordination with the Junior Management Society officers in response to the prevalence of passive attitude of students to extra curricular and academic activities and all other concerns of the students as a whole.
Working as team, the students, the organization's officers, the faculty and the administration will work together to answer issues and concerns from the students perspective.
The main goal of the activity is to develop constructive ideas among the students and move forward for the betterment of the management students.

The College of Business metamorphosed from its humble beginnings as one of the core areas of concentration of the Manila Business School, which was established in 1904.
